Racing driver Jon Lancaster becomes an ambassador for the charity YoungMinds

Jon Lancaster the young racing driver who is being tipped to become a new British F1 driver has become an Ambassador for the charity YoungMinds, the voice for young people’s mental health and wellbeing. 1 in 10 children and young people aged 5 -16 suffer from diagnosable mental health disorders such as depression, self harm and eating disorders. YoungMinds is the only charity dedicated to improving their mental health and emotional wellbeing. Jon is supporting YoungMinds as he believes that more can be done in the supporting of young people with mental health problems.
