About hc2d Blog

Welcome to the blog for Healthcare Today and hc2d.co.uk

I'm sure that a brief scan of our blog entries will give you some idea of what we're about but I'll be the first to admit that we're just going to set off in a particular direction and see where it takes us. In that respect, let us know your thoughts - this is an area in which we can be easily influenced so if you want more of this and less of that, we'll be only too happy to try and accommodate your wishes. I can't promise this flexibility will last for long so it might pay to get in early.

Essentially, as we begin, the hc2d blog has two purposes:

1) To provide a running commentary on the development of Healthcare Today magazine and the hc2d website for anyone interested in how it's all done (or at least how we've done it) - including the highs and the lows and the challenges each day seems to bring. We will also provide (suitably anonymised) user issues and how we have - or propose to - deal with them.

2) To share our views - and those of the other healthcare professionals in our blogging team - on the current hot topics hitting the media; sometimes tackling the big issues, sometimes exposing some of the more low-key stories you might have missed.

We'd also like you to join in and we'll have our comments section live after the Easter break. For those of you who are registered users of the site, your comments will also be available to you from your tools menu so you can revisit them at any time.
