CfH boss to leave
24th June 2009
The head of NHS Connecting for Health is to leave his position as director of programme and systems delivery.
Martin Bellamy will take up a new position at the Cabinet Office in a move that is seen as a wider shake-up of NHS Connecting for Health and will see the IT agency become directly managed by the Department of Health Informatics Directorate.
It has also emerged that the agency’s name is uncertain with director general of informatics Christine Connelly saying that consultation is now underway on how the CfH “brand” might best be used in the future.
