Conjoined twins born in London hospital
15th January 2010
It has been announced that conjoined twins have been born at a hospital in London.
Born six weeks ago at University College Hospital, the two boys have been cared for at Great Ormond Street Hospital but are due to go home in the near future so they can grow and get stronger before an operation to attempt to separate them later this year. The parents, who have wished to remain anonymous, are believed to be from Ireland. It has not been revealed how they are joined.
